"Tenille was one of my first triathlon coaches when I started the sport 3 years ago. Initially, she was our swim coach only. Her hawk-like observations of our group in the pool helped me identify and correct the problem areas I had with my swimming technique. The type of exercises, where you do them and when is dependent on your own interests and current abilities. We build appropriate expectations around the program so success is attainable.
