Local (Victoria, BC) programs are delivered through a combination of small group, club and individual delivery platforms. Remote programs are delivered using on-line platforms and video. Programs are based on the integration of the pillars: mindset, cardiovascular fitness, strength and mobility, skill and nutrition.
