Tri Whole Health Philosophy

  1. There is no prescribed diet. Nutrition is based on the preparation and consumption of whole foods.
  2. Activity and training should give you energy not take it away. 
  3. Active health is a way of life.  There should however, be purpose and intention in training to be at your best performance.  
  4. Physical injury can happen but there are tools/exercises to prevent the most common ones.
  5. Mental health is as important as physical health. Developing a practice for yourself to check in, maintain balance is critical to overall health and well-being.
