From 2007-2013 I was a professional triathlete. Initially I started training while working full-time for the Government of Canada. In 2010 I quit my job, sold my life possessions and became a full-time athlete. In addition to taking my sport across the globe and training/racing among and with the best athletes in the world, I further deepened my knowledge by studying fitness, health and nutrition at a leading University in Canada. I have worked with numerous individuals through nutrition consulting and coaching to reach their performance goals in triathlon, running and general fitness since 2010. In the fall of 2014 I went back to work with the Government of British Columbia as a planner but continue to share my experience and passion as a nutrition counsultant and triathlon coach.
